On behalf of LightBridge Hospice Community Foundation, I am delighted to share that the 4th Annual Remembrance Walk will take place on Sunday, September 23, 2012 at Liberty Station, NTC Park, Point Loma.� It promises to be a wonderful morning and a great way to celebrate life.� All proceeds from the walk will contribute to the mission of LightBridge Hospice Community Foundation�a passion for funding extraordinary programs that enhance the end of life journey for patients and their families throughout San Diego.� There will be warm up excercises, snacks, refreshments, and a commemorative T-shirt for all registered walkers ($20 registration fee, children under 12 are free).� Your support of the 2012 Remembrance Walk will help fund additional programs and services for hospice patients and their families and will help fill a person�s final days with grace, strength and hope.
