Contemporary Technique (ages 12-14)
Contemporary is a popular style of dance that incorporates the principles and techniques of Modern Dance including use of breath, proper alignment, centering, contraction and release, and floor work, as well as the emotion and story-telling of Lyrical Jazz. This is a structured technique class. Students interested in creating and performing their own choreography should also enroll in �Creating Choreography� on Tuesdays from 4:30-6pm.
