Opera Exposed! is an audience engagement program from San Diego Opera that is a partnership with San Diego area universities and colleges, almost all of which have music departments with undergraduate and graduate degrees in vocal performance. This partnership offers young singers ample opportunities to hone their performance skills while at the same time giving them a better idea of the processes of producing opera on a professional level. Music will be chosen from the operatic masterpieces of composers like Mozart, Donizetti and Puccini, as well as from some of the classic Broadway musicals. The program will be narrated and accompanied by Director of Education and Community Engagement Nicolas Reveles. There will be two 20-minute performs at 6:30 then again at 7:15 in the Liberty Station Chapel.
Interactive Music - Building 202
