On behalf of LightBridge Hospice Community Foundation, I am delighted to share that the 4th Annual Remembrance Walk will take place on Sunday, September 23, 2012 at Liberty Station, NTC Park, Point Loma.  It promises to be a wonderful morning and a great way to celebrate life.  All proceeds from the walk will contribute to the mission of LightBridge Hospice Community Foundation…a passion for funding extraordinary programs that enhance the end of life journey for patients and their families throughout San Diego.  There will be warm up excercises, snacks, refreshments, and a commemorative T-shirt for all registered walkers ($20 registration fee, children under 12 are free).  Your support of the 2012 Remembrance Walk will help fund additional programs and services for hospice patients and their families and will help fill a person’s final days with grace, strength and hope.
