See first hand the transformation of San Diego’s Naval Training Center into NTC Promenade - a new Arts and Cultural District.  Enjoy a 90 minute walk though historic Spanish Colonial Revival buildings from the 1920s and 1940s that once trained young men for Navy service and are now home to over 40 artists, galleries, dance companies and more.
